Easy Ordering Information.
By Phone, Fax or eMailTo ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend you order by telephone. But we are equally at ease with emailed orders and requests for quotations. Ken and Aaron will answer any questions you may have and get you all the information you need.

Bids & QuotationsIf you are purchasing large quantities of certain items, you may be entitled to a volume discount. You may also like an item to be custom made to your detailed specifications. We can provide you with pricing for this service on request. Additional information can be obtained by calling customer service.
Customer Credit AccountsWe will extend credit to most archives, museums, schools, colleges, universities, libraries and other public institutions. Private institutions and business firms are also invited to open an account with the appropriate references.
Methods of PaymentWith the exception of recognized institutions and established accounts, payment terms are cash or cheque with order.
Shipping MethodWe strive to ship out our products in the most cost effective and timely manner. UPS, Canpar, Purolator are used for most shipments. Oversize and bulky shipments are routed as truck shipments. If you have a preferred shipping method please let us know when you place an order. Items are shipped FOB Richmond Hill, ON.
PricingPrices do not include provincial sales tax (PST) or hamonized sales tax (HST). Prices are subject to change without notice. If you wish to confirm pricing for an item please call customer service. HST, GST, and/or PST will not be charged if a tax exemption certificate or number is supplied with your order.
Returns and Damaged GoodsReturns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Custom manufactured or printed items, unless defective, cannot be returned.
